The single level Kingway flow rack order picking system is 250' long, one side with 4 shelves 96" deep plus a 2' drop front, the other side has a combination of 108" + 2'drop front shelves, a 131" straight shelf, and a 144" extended shelf to accommodate the conveyor line for the picking totes. The gravity conveyor for totes runs along one side of the module and ends with a transfer section and incline that takes the totes to packaging and shipping. The rear uprights extend above the flow sheves to allow for 2 levels of pallet storage for restocking the flow shelves.
