The 300' long 2-level flow rack pick module is a rack supported mezzanine using Sturdi-Bilt and Keystone style uprights. The lower level is provided with pallet flow rails for orders picked from full pallets. The upper level is provided with both carton flow shelves and with Span-Track rollers installed in the pallet rack beam levels. There is a combination powered take-away line with adjacent gravity lines for the picking totes.
