This order picking system has several custom applications that meet specific requirements in this order picking system. Trash conveyors were installed above the picking lines to take empty corrugated to the balers. There are several areas where cross-over stairways were built to allow access to both sides of the conveyor system. The packaging lines required brake/spacer belts to meter the finished cartons onto the scale for weighing and final processing.
